Ingredients

1 cup golden mushroom soup
1 pound round steak, cut in thin slices
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup water
1 small can mushrooms

Method

Brown meat – cook onion in butter until tender – add other ingredients.  Cover, simmer 45 minutes or until tender (2 hours). 

Serve over noodles.
