Ingredients
1 can beets
1 package lemon Jell-O
2/3 {cup} orange juice
Water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 teaspoon onion
1 cup celery
Method
Heat juice from 1 can of beets, add 1 package of lemon Jell-O to heated juice and 2/3 orange juice and enough water to mix up Jell-O. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 1 teaspoon onion, 1 cup celery added with the drained beets to Jell-O mixture.
