1 cup graham cracker
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted margarine

3 8-ounce packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can strawberry pie filling


Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine; pressing to a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes. Increase to 450-degrees. 

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 450-degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce over to 250-degrees and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until done. 

Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Chill and add the topping before serving.
