Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (4 serving size)

Topping:
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (4 serving size)
1 1/2 cup milk
1 8-ounce container frozen cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple (32 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup toasted coconut

Method

Mix Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix and 1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix and make the cake according to Pound Cake recipe on the box. Bake in a jelly-roll pan at 350-degrees for approximately 30 minutes. 

Drain pineapple and spread on cooled cake. Mix cream cheese and milk; blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and mix for two minutes. Add prepared cool whip and spread mixture over the cake. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
