2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 4-ounce container whipped cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brandy


In a saucepan, crush strawberries slightly. Blend cornstarch, sugar, and water – add to berries. Cook stirring until thick and bubbly. Pour into fondue pot and place over the burner. Add cream cheese stirring until melted. Gradually add brandy. 

Makes 3 cups.

Serve with cubed and speared pineapple, peach, pears, cake cubes, or marshmallows.
