Tuna Salad


1 can Breast-O’-Chicken Tuna
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise


Mix Breast-O’-Chicken Tuna with celery, cucumber, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  Toss together and add mayonnaise.  Mix lightly until blended.  Serve chilled on crisp greens.

Tuna Casserole


4 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 cans Breast-O’-Chicken Tuna


Make white sauce with first four ingredients.  Add Tuna and 3/4 cup potato chips.  Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.  Sprinkle remaining chips on top.  Bake at 350-degrees for twenty minutes.
