Broiled Chicken in a Brown Paper Bag

Ingredients

Broilers, cut in half
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Brown paper bags

Method 

Have broilers cut in half, clean and wipe dry; then rub with butter, season well with salt, pepper, and paprika.  Slice each half chicken into an individual paper bag, fold over ends to close securely and lay on a pan, flat side down.  Bake in a 300-degree oven from one to one and a half hours depending on the size of the broiler.
