Ingredients

1 package lemon Jell-O
1 package lime Jell-O
1 package orange Jell-O
6 cups water
2 tablespoons plain gelatin, (1/4 cold water; 1/4 boiling water)
1 can crushed pineapple, 9-ounce
16 marshmallows (cut small)
1 pint heavy cream, chilled and whipped
1/2 cup sugar
1 10-inch angel food cake sliced

Method

Put each flavor in separate dishes, pour 2 cups boiling water in each dish, chill until firm.  Then cut into 1-inch squares.  

Soak plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, add remaining 1/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.  Mix plain gelatin mixture, pineapple, cut marshmallows, and sugar.  Fold in whipped cream, add cubed jello and toss lightly.  Line bottom and side of a 10-inch springform pan with angel food slices.  Fill with mixture and chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
