Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 1/4 cup pecans, floured
Method
Blend 2/3 cup butter, melted, 2 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, add 3 eggs, mix well. Let stand until well cooled.
Sift together: 2 3/4 cup flour, 2 1/2 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 tablespoon salt. Add to 1st mixture with 1 1/4 cups pecans, floured.
Spread 3/4-inch thick in a greased 10-inch square pan. 25 squares, 2×2-inches. Similar to brownies.
