Ingredients
1 package lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup small marshmallows
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cabbage, finely grated
1 small can crush pineapple, drained
1/2 cup whipping cream
Method
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add plain gelatin which has been dissolved in cold water. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Chill until starting to congeal. Add remaining ingredients and cream which has been whipped.
Pour into mold and chill. May use an 8×8-inch pan or individual molds.
