1 1/2 pounds pork steak, 1/2 inch thick, cut into strips
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1 ounce can mushroom, drained
8-ounce tomato sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


Brown pork in oil to remove excess fat.  Drain on paper towel.  Place pork and all other ingredients into crock-pot.  Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 4 hours).  

Serve over rice.
