Ingredients 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons dehydrated pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoons salt Artificial sweetener to equal 1 teaspoon sugar or to taste 1/2 cup vinegar 1 drop legal hot sauce – Tobasco Method In a blender, combine celery, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, artificial sweetener and hot sauce.  Run at medium speed 90-seconds or until smooth.

Ingredients 2 cups fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces 1/2 medium cantaloupe, diced 4-ounce brick cheese, cubed 2-ounce sliced red onions, separated into rings 1/4 cup spicy salad dressing Method In a salad bowl, combine spinach, cantaloupe, cheese and onion rings.  Toss lightly until mixed.  S Serves 2
