Ingredients 3 cups diced rhubarb 2 cups sugar 1 3-ounce package strawberry Jell-O 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 egg, beaten Little red food coloring if rhubarb is not red Method Mix all together. Ingredients 1 package lime Jell-O 1 cup boiling water 1 cup crushed pineapple 1 cup marshmallows 1 cup grated cabbage 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 cup whipped cream 1 cup mayonnaise
Spicy Salad Dressing
Ingredients 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons dehydrated pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoons salt Artificial sweetener to equal 1 teaspoon sugar or to taste 1/2 cup vinegar 1 drop legal hot sauce – Tobasco Method In a blender, combine celery, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, artificial sweetener and hot sauce. Run at medium speed 90-seconds or until smooth.

Ingredients 2 cups fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces 1/2 medium cantaloupe, diced 4-ounce brick cheese, cubed 2-ounce sliced red onions, separated into rings 1/4 cup spicy salad dressing Method In a salad bowl, combine spinach, cantaloupe, cheese and onion rings.
