Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1.5 cups coarsely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup cold buttermilk
Method
Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
Combine the first four ingredients.
Add butter and rub in with your fingers.
