Ingredients

1 tablespoon gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup grated pineapple
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup stuffed olives
Salt
Pepper

Method

Soak the gelatine in water, heat pineapple and add gelatine, then cheese, cream, olives cut in two, and seasonings, mold. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise or boiled dressing.
