1/2 cup grated Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup ground ham
2 to 3 teaspoons freshly grated horseradish
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard


Thoroughly combine all ingredients and spread on black or rye bread.  If desired, top with a tomato slice.  

Yield:  Enough for two to three open-faced sandwiches.
