1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 can orange juice (frozen)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
4 tablespoons after dinner Brandy
1 ladle hot Rum
1 can pitted Bing Cherries


Melt butter and stir in sugar, cook on slow heat until sugar dissolves.  Add orange juice, lemon juice, and orange rind.  Cook until well mixed.  Add Brandy slowly stir in can of cherries.  Heat and mix well; add Rum in ladle and light  – Flame and then serve over ice cream.
