1 to 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 or 2 packages of dry soup
1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
Lightly grease a large baking pan, sprinkle 1 to 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice over the bottom, cover with 1 or 2 packages of dry soup. Place pieces of uncooked frying chicken on top of this.
Now – mix 1 can of cream of chicken or cream of celery soup with 1 can of water – pour over the top, raising the chicken up to allow soup to go under it.
Cover with foil and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350-degree oven. Great!
