Use five large breasts, and split them.  Bake in an oven after rolling in Bisquick and cooking 425-degree oven with Crisco in the bottom of baking dish for 45-minutes.  Add salt, pepper, and paprika. 

Cook and de-bone breasts. 

Cook 3 to 4 packages, frozen broccoli spears just barely. 

1 package Lipton’s dehydrated onion soup mix
1 pint sour cream
1 cup heavy cream, whipped or 1 1/2 cup is better
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Sauce:  add soup mix to sour cream, blend well.  Spoon half sauce over broccoli, layering in casserole.  Cover with chicken breasts.  Fold whipped cream into remaining sauce and pour over chicken.  

Bake 350-degrees for 30 minutes or more.  Then sprinkle with cheese and run under a broiler until brown.
