1 nice pullet or medium-sized chicken
Onion
Butter and Lard
Bacon
Ham
Okra
2 or 3 chopped tomatoes
Water
Salt
Pepper

Method

1 nice pullet or medium-sized chicken. Frying a little onion in a big spoonful of butter and lard, add chicken cut in pieces and fry on all sides, then add small pieces of bacon and ham, and fry a little longer. Then add the Orka cup up in pieces, let fry until it looks a little slimy, then add 2 or 3 chopped tomatoes and after letting the whole think fry for a few minutes; add boiling water, salt, and pepper. Let cook slowly until chicken and okra are done. Before serving, add in a few chilies.
