Crust

1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter

Mix and pat into 9×13-inch pan.  Bake at 375-degrees for 15 minutes. 

Second Layer

1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened

Beat together until fluffy.  Spread over crust. 

Third Layer

2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3.5 cups cold milk

Beat at low speed and increase or follow directions on the box.  Put over the second layer, spread a layer of Cool Whip overall.
