2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift flour with sugar and cocoa.  Combine margarine, water, and oil in a saucepan bring to a boil.  Pour over flour mixture.  Combine buttermilk in which soda has been dissolved, eggs, and vanilla; add to mixture, beat well.  Bake in 11-inch by 16-inch pan for twenty minutes on 400-degrees. 

Icing

1 stick margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 box powdered sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 cup nuts or coconut

Heat margarine and milk; pour over all remaining ingredients, blend well. Spread on cake.
