Ingredients

1 pound sausage
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup dry rice, uncooked
1 cup water
1 can chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese

Method

Brown 1 pound sausage, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1 cup chopped onion.  Add 1 cup dry rice, uncooked, 1 cup water, 1 can chicken soup.  Mix together with 1 teaspoons salt and pepper to taste.  

Place in a casserole, top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.  Bake 1 hour 350-degrees.
