Ingredients
1 unbaked pie shell
3/4 cup half and half
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper
6 ounces Gruyere cheese
1 can snow clams
Method
Combine eggs, salt, pepper, half and half, beat; stir in cheese and clams.
Turn into the pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 350-degrees.
