Ingredients

1/3 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 small egg
1 package biscuit mix – Martha Washington
1 package spud flakes

Method

Cream margarine, sugar, and coconut extract add egg and beat.  Stir in biscuit mix and spud flakes. 

Chill one hour.

Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Shape dough in marble size on an ungreased sheet. 

Bake for 12-14 minutes.
