Foods with a Foreign Flavor

The Southern Living Foods with a Foreign Flavor cookbook is an edition of Favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers Foreign Foods edition, published for Southern Living in 1967.  The cookbook contains over 2,000 recipes in 383 pages.  The cookbook is divided by country or region.  Each chapter starts with a summary of the country’s culture and culinary scene, then the chapter has separate sections for appetizers, soups and stews, salads and salad dressings, meats, poultry, fish and shellfish, vegetables, eggs and cheese, breads, and desserts.
