Cottage Pudding

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Fresh Berries

Sauce:
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
 

Method

2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 cup milk, 3 cups flour with 2 teaspoons baking powder. Can add fresh berries. Bake or steam. Sauce: 1 egg, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup boiling milk, 1/2 cup sugar. Cook carefully, flavor, and serve cold.
