Ingredients
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Filling:
1 can apples or fresh apples
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
Method
Mix {filling} ingredients and place in the pie shell.
Take 3/4 cup of brown sugar (packed), 1 cup sifted flour, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 cup butter; cut in butter until crumbly; then spread over apples.
Bake at 400-degrees for 40-50 minutes.
