2 cups cut-up rhubarb, raw
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pie crust


2 cups cut-up rhubarb (raw) and 2 cups sugar, mix and put in crust.  Add three eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon lemon juice, pour over rhubarb and bake 1/2 hour.  When done, cover with the beaten whites and return to over to brown.
