Ingredients

8 ounces of fresh juice (orange, grapefruit, whatever)
1 egg yolk
1 small banana

2 tablespoons protein powder
1 teaspoon food yeast
1 teaspoon calcium
1 teaspoon whey
1 teaspoon dolomite,
1 teaspoon unsaturated fatty acids
1 teaspoon liquid rose hips
1 teaspoon vitamin C
1 teaspoon kelp
1 teaspoon wheat germ oil
1 teaspoon wheat germ flakes
1 teaspoon soya powder

Method

Place in fresh juice (orange, grapefruit, whatever), egg yolk, and a small banana in a blender; start blender and add one teaspoon each of protein powder, food yeast, calcium, whey, dolomite, unsaturated fatty acids, liquid rose hips, vitamin C, kelp, wheat germ oil, wheat germ flakes, and soya powder.
