Deviled Avocado Dip

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 (4.5-ounce) can deviled ham
1 (2-ounce) jar Dromedary Pimientos, sliced, drained
1 ripe avocado, finely mashed

Chicken In A Biskit Crackers

Method

Combine the first seven ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Chill. Serve with Chicken In A Biskit Crackers.

Makes approximately 2 cups dip.
