1 dozen crabs
2 tablespoons bread crumbs (fine)
4 tablespoons melted butter
A few drops of olive oil
Boil one dozen crabs 20 minutes, when cold take out the meat; beat 3 eggs, add 2 tablespoons bread crumbs (fine), 4 tablespoons melted butter, a few drops of olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper, mix well and add a little cream. Put the mixture back in the shells, dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry in deep fat.
