Pink Cloud Frosting


1 jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Red food coloring
2 9-inch cake layers


Combine all ingredients, except vanilla and red food coloring, in a double boiler. Beat with rotary beater over boiling water until mixture forms soft peaks. Add vanilla and food coloring; beat to stiff peaks. Frost cake layers. 


Easter Basket Cake

Frost cake with Pink Cloud Frosting. Decorate with Marshmallow Daisies and a braided ribbon handle. 

Marshmallow Daisies: Cut across the flat side of a Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow to form petals (each makes 4 petals). Arrange 6 petals on waxed paper to form a flower design, slightly overlapping tips. Cut a Kraft Flavored Minature Marshmallow in half and press, cut side down, in the center of each daisy. Set on the cake on leaves cut from green Kraft Flavored Jet-Puffed Marshmallows.
