Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 14-ounce can Eagle Brand {Condensed} Milk (not evaporated)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups biscuit baking mix

Method

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

In a large bowl beat Eagle Brand Milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Add Biscuit Mix – mix well. Chill at least 1 hour, shape into 1 inch balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned, (do not overbake). Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature. 

 

Star Shaped Cookies:

Shape as above, do not flatten. Bake as above. Place a solid milk chocolate candy drip in the center after baking.
