Ingredients
1 3-ounce package Vanilla Pudding Mix (not instant)
2 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup instant rice
Method
- In a deep 1-quart microwave casserole, combine all ingredients. Heat uncovered or roast for 14 minutes or until mixture boils.
- Stir occasionally during the last 5 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold
I have used coconut cream and banana cream for something different.
