Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 2-inch cubes
2 medium onions sliced
6 carrots cut in 3/4-inch slices
1 cup celery, cut up
5 potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 green pepper, cut into rings
16 ounce can tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Tapioca

Method

Combine ingredients in a slow cooker, and cook for 8 hours.
