Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups grated Zucchini
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (7.5 ounces)
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Method

Fill pans 3/4 full.

Line pans with paper of some kind. 

Bake 325-degrees for 1 hour.
