Florentine Eggs


2 cups canned spinach
1/2 cup grated cheese
4 eggs
2 to 3 cups thin cream sauce


Place a layer of spinach in the bottom of a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place eggs on top of spinach and cover with cream sauce. Bake in a moderate oven until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set.
