Ingredients
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 eggs
Prebaked pie shell
1 cup whipped cream
Sugar to taste
1 tablespoon rum
Method
Mix milk, lime juice, and beaten yolks; fold in whites. Bake ten minutes at 250-degrees. Chill, serve with slightly sweetened whipped cream and rum flavored. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
