1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch
Dash salt
Red food coloring
1 package strawberry Jell-O
Fresh strawberries
1 baked pie shell
Whipped Cream
Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, and salt. Cook until clear. Remove from heat; add red food coloring. Add gelatin; stir well. Let cool.
Put strawberries into baked pie shell. Pour sauce over them. Chill.
Top with whipping cream before serving.
