Frosty Pumpkin Cream

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups canned pumpkin
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Method

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, salt, and vanilla; fold into whipped cream. Use immediately or put in a loaf pan and place it in the freezer. Remove to refrigerator before serving.
