1 15-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 #2 can (21-ounces) Lucky Leaf Strawberry Pie Filling
3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups whipping cream or whipped topping


Mix the first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whip cream. Gently fold into the pie filling mixture. If desired, a few drops of red food color may be mixed in or swirled in. Spoon into paper muffin or souffle cups, cover lightly and freeze. Freeze muffin cups in a muffin pan. Makes 24 servings using medium-size muffin cups, or it may be frozen in a 9×5 loaf pan yielding about 2 quarts.
