1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries or 1 (10-ounce package)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream or cool whip


Heat oven to 350-degrees. Stir flour, brown sugar, walnuts, and butter together. Spread evenly in a 13×9-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Reserve 1/2 cup baked crumbs for topping. Spread remaining crumbs into a pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff (10 minutes). Fold in whipping cream. Spoon over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. 

12-15 servings.
