Fruit Cocktail Cake


2 cups fruit cocktail
2 eggs, beaten


2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt

Add 2 teaspoons vanilla


1 cup brown sugar
1 cup nuts


Mix well, pour into greased pan (9 x 13-inch pan).  Sprinkle on top 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup nuts. 

Bake 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
