6 squares chocolate
4 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup sweet milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons butter
5-6 tablespoons cream


Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Combine sugar, flour, and salt with chocolate. Add milk. Cover the pan and bring to a boil. Boil slowly two minutes. Uncover and boil to softball stage. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter. Cool to lukewarm without stirring. Beat until it loses its gloss. Add cream.
