2 ounces rubbing alcohol
2 ounces ammonia
12 ounces water
Mix rubbing alcohol, ammonia, and water; pour the solution in a spray bottle and use as any other glass cleaner. Add a drop of blue food coloring so you can distinguish it from other cleaners.
