Minced Ham
Parsley
Salt
4 eggs, separated
Cheese

Method

Line small ramekins with a thin layer of minced ham, seasoned with parsley and salt. Separate 4 eggs, beat whites stiff and salt, fill ramekins with this. Into the center of this, slip unbroken yolks, dust with grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven until eggs are set.
