1 can (14 ounces) hearts of palm, drained and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
1 small head lettuce, washed, drained and broken up
1 large green pepper, cleaned and sliced thinly
1/2 cup (about) Italian or French dressing
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all the ingredients and toss lightly. Chill.
