3/4 cup Roquefort cheese (5 small wedges)
4 glasses Old English Sharp Cheese
5 packages (3-ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup parsley, chopped fine
1 cup pecans, chopped fine


Mix first five ingredients with 1/2 parsley and 1/2 nuts.  Mix or whip until creamy.  Divide and form into balls.  Roll in remaining nuts and parsley.  Set in refrigerator until firm.  

Serve with crackers.
