1 cup honey
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups apples


Heat honey, vinegar, and butter. When hot and bubbling, add peeled and thinly sliced apples. Watch carefully, simmering until apples are transparent and tender (about 30 minutes). Skim out of sauce when done.
