Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese
2 cup celery, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
Method
Mix all ingredients except for the potato chips and cheese. Put them on the top, you can also put slivered almonds on top.
Bake at 400-degrees for 30 minutes.
Must be made the day before and refrigerated overnight. Serves 8.
